Payment Options

Payment can be made by any of the methods below:

	Cheque         Please make cheques payable to Northex Australia and mail to         PO Box 3039 Caboolture BC QLD 4510.
	Online using a Credit Card         Click here to pay your invoice online using a credit card. You will need your tax invoice and your credit card.         Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
	BPay         Contact your financial institution to pay your invoice via BPay.         You will need the biller code and reference number located at the bottom of your tax invoice.         Minimum payment $10. More Info...
	Australia Post Shop         Pay your invoice in person at any Australia Post Shop. You will need to produce your tax invoice.
	On the Phone using a Credit Card         Call 1300 855 558 to pay your invoice over the phone using a credit card.         You will need your tax invoice and your credit card. Minimum payment $10.         Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
	Electronic Funds Transfer         Contact your financial institution to transfer funds to:         BSB 034 037         Account 255 782         Please don't forget to fax or email a remittance advice.
	Direct Debit         Call 1300 307 839 to organise a direct debit from your bank account.

    Client Details

        This form is used to update your contact details, or used when you first become a client.

 

 

    Brief

        This form is used to create a client brief which is uploaded into our dispatching software (SMART) and is used to ensure that your    

        service requirements are being met.

 

    Workplace Health and Safety

        This form is used to assess any workplace health and safety risks.

 

 

    Bill Buddy Direct Debit Request

        This form is required when setting up or changing your direct debit. Only complete this form if requested.

 

 

    QPS Party Registration Form

        Download this form to register your party with the police.

        The form needs to be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the party.
